Exhibit: "Free Inside"
Explore large landscape artworks by artist and MHM Ambassador Kimberly Free, created on unique found materials like window blinds using graphite, lace printing, charcoal, and ink. Ms. Free describes the inner and outer scenes of her daily life, combining views of her own neighborhood with symbolic imagery and conceptual inventiveness.

For the first time, this meeting is open to the public! Whether you’re a longtime supporter or new to the initiative, this is the perfect chance to:
• Connect with our dedicated Health Equity Ambassadors.
• Learn how you can get involved in advancing mental health equity in Bartholomew County.
• Recenter with a FREE Wellbeing Session led by Melanie Fauth of Ignite Wellbeing: “Breaking the Cycle: Managing Chronic Stress with Mind-Body Medicine Skills.”

Art-Making Workshop for Inner Resilience
For teens and adults.No cost! Lunch and supplies provided. Taught by St. Paul's Episcopal artist-in-residence and MHM Ambassador Kimberly Free.

"Psyche Relics" Exhibition Opening
In case you missed the May exhibit, MHM Ambassador Kimberly Rose Free will display artwork from "Psyche Relics" at the new Stillframes Art in Focus Gallery. "Psyche Relics" is a collection of works on paper expressing the artists experience of depression treatments over the last three decades. Created in collaboration with Mental Health Matters Bartholomew County and the Columbus Area Arts Council's Flourishing through Art program.

Friendsgiving Celebration hosted by Columbus Young Professionals of Color
This group hosts events, workshops and more for local multi-cultural communities of color. Registration required.

International Survivor Of Suicide Loss Event
We’re excited that our very own Janae will be presenting on Black and Bi-Racial Youth mental health, we will have a panel discussion on Hope and Resilience, snacks, community org tables and a “Light the Night” candle walk around IVY Tech. Swag Bags for those that register.
